Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on Android in Belgium, Q3 2023

During the third quarter of 2023, the top 5 theme park apps on the Android platform in Belgium experienced notable trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Disneyland® Paris saw a fluctuating yet overall stable trend in weekly downloads, starting with 1.2K in late June and peaking at 1.7K in early July. The app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, beginning with around 2.5K and seeing a gradual increase to 3K by the end of September.

Phantasialand exhibited varying weekly downloads, hitting a high of 1K in early August and dropping to around 400 by mid-September. The weekly active users showed a similar trend, starting at approximately 742 and fluctuating throughout the quarter, finally reaching around 849 by the end of September.

Europa-Park & Rulantica experienced a noticeable decline in downloads over the quarter. Beginning with 282 downloads in late June, the app saw a consistent decrease, ending with 135 in late September. The active user count mirrored this trend, starting at 286 and decreasing to 187 by the end of the period.

Futuroscope had a peak in downloads in mid-July with 260, but this dropped significantly to only 22 by late August and further to 13 in early September. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 61 in late June, peaking at 303 in mid-July, and then decreasing to just 11 by early September.

LEGOLAND® Billund Resort showed a peak in weekly downloads in late July with 220, which then declined sharply to 18 by late August and further to 2 in mid-September. Data on active users for this app was not available.
